Easy Bread Kulfi 

Ingredients

3-4 white bread slices
200 ml fresh cream
1 cup full fat milk,boiled and cooled
¾ tin (300g) sweetened condensed milk
3-4 tablespoons milk masala OR mix dry fruits chopped
 or  slivers and few strands of saffron
½ teaspoon cardamom powder

Method

Take the bread pieces and tear into small pieces. Blend along with fresh cream.
Take the boiled milk and condensed milk in a heavy bottomed pan. Heat in low flame for 4-5 minutes. Add cornflour paste,sugar and mix well. Bring to a boil. Now add the bread paste and mix well. Cook in low flame for 5 minutes ,the mixture will start to thicken.
Now add the milk masala or almond,pista slivers,saffron,cardamom etc. Mix well and cook for 5 more minutes. The mixture will be of semi condensed milk consistency now. Cool to room temperature.
Pour the mixture in kulfi moulds and freeze overnight or 6-8 hours. While serving invert the container and tap slightly,serve easy bread kulfi immediately.


Notes
1. If you don't have cream you can blend bread with 1 cup milk
2. Do not cook the mixture for more than 15 minutes.
