Sev Ki Bhaji
Ingredients
• Sev-1
cup
• Cumin
seeds- 1/2 tsp
• Red
chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
• Garam
masala powder-1/4 tsp
• Sugar-
optional
•
Asafoetida a pinch
• Dry
mango powder (amchur) 1/4 tsp
•
Coriander powder- 1/4 tsp
• Fresh
coriander leaves,finely
chopped-
1/2 tbsp
• Oil- 1
spoon
• Salt to
taste
Method
Mix red
chilli powder, garam masala powder, amchoor and coriander powder in
1 cup water.
Heat oil
in a pan, add cumin seeds and asafoetida.
When they
splutter add masala solution and let it simmer for 3-4 minutes.
Add sugar
and stir to dissolve. Add ganthia or sev, stir and garnish with chopped
coriander leaves. Serve hot with phulka or thepla or roti.
