Sol Kadhi ( Coconut Kadhi)
Ingredients
1 cup
grated coconut
2
tablespoon unsweetened kokum syrup
5-6 kokum
skin dried
1
chillies
3-4
garlic cloves
1 fresh
coriander leaves
Method
1 Grind
grated coconut, chilli and garlic together in a mixer and add crushed garlic
and chillies.
2. Strain
the coconut mix in a strainer or a muslin
cloth to remove the fiber.
3 Add the
kokum syrup to coconut milk. Add salt and
coriander. (If no unsweetened
kokum
syrup, use 5-6 dried kokum skin).
4 Let it
sit for 15-20 minutes till its pink and then
its ready to serve with fish fry or fish
curry .
