Zaffrani Murg Malai Tikka





Ingredients

200 gms boneless chicken (cut into tikka size pcs)

Marinade:
1/2cup thick yoghurt (DAHI)-hang in a musline cloth for 30 mins
2 tbs thick cream
2 tbs grated cheese
1 tbs oil
1 1/2 tbs cornflour,
1-2 tbs ginger-garlic paste
salt to taste
1/4 tsp garam masala
2 tbs chopped coriander
Zaffran( kesar) soaked in hot milk

Method:


1 .Lightly squeeze hung dahi and transfer to a bowl.
    Add all other ingredients of the marinade and mix well.
     Marinate chicken pieces in this overnight.

2. Grill the chicken pieces in the oven till the chicken is done.
     Do not over cook the chicken

3. Enjoy garama garam malai tikka with mint chutney.
