CHOCOLATE MOUSSE





Ingredients

CHILLED MILK 200ML
CHOCOLATE CHIPS 10 - 15
( GRATED) CADBURY CHOCOLATE- 1 bar/ 4 spoon.

METHOD:-

In supermarket or in malls  u will get  "BLUE BIRD INSTANT CHOCOLATE  MOUSSE made  IN MINTUES PACKET , so i hv used it in the powder in 200gms of chill milk and churn with electric beater till its fully whipped   and take  a desire shape glass decorate the glass - rim with grated chocolate and pour the whipped mousse and decorate it with chocolate chips and grated chocolate . Chill the glass for 15 min in fridge.Ready to serve .

Note;-

how to decorate ur glass rim---- take a dish with water and invert the glass rim in it  and then in grated chocolate and ur glass is decorated.
