Gulkand and Fresh Rose Petals Kulfi





Ingredients
1 litre milk,
few small rose petals, (red rose),
2 spoon rose syrup,
2 spoon cornflour mix with chilled milk,
8 -10 spoon pd sugar , add more if u like more ,
dry fruits powder-kaju, badam, pista,elachi pd- 2 spoon,
3 spoon of gulkand

Method
Boil milk and reduced . Add sugar, elachi pd,dry fruits pd,cornflour with chilled milk mixture.
Cool the milk then fridge it for 1 hr put fresh small rose petals ,rose
syrup and gulkand and stir it. Set it in kulfi moulds for atleast 3 hrs...
Serve gulkand and fresh rose petals with rose syrup .
