CHICKEN AFGANI


Ingredients
500 gms boneless chicken pieces,
1 spoon magaz seeds soaked for 1 hr,
1 1/2 spoon kaju paste ( soaked for 1 hr),
1 1/2 spoon garlic paste,
1 1/2 spoon ginger paste,
1 spoon soaked khus khus ,
1/2 cup fresh cream,
2 spoon butter,
1 1/2 white pepper pd,
salt to taste,
grind khuskhus,magaz seeds,kaju to a paste keep aside.

Method
Clean the chicken and keep in bowl.
Make a paste of all above ingredients
and marinate it for 2 to 4 hrs.
Grill in a tandoor or tava.
Serve hot with onion rings and pudina chutney...
