METHI MAKAI CHEESE KABAB




Ingredients
1 cup boiled,
coarsely crushed sweet corn kernels,
1/4 cup chopped methi leaves fresh or kasturi methi,
1 1/2 boiled potatoes,
peeled and mashed,
2 spoon chopped coriander,
1spoon finely chopped green chilles,
2 spoon cornflour,
salt to taste,
2 spoon oil for shallow frying.

Method:
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix.Divide the mixture into 6 equal portion and shape it.
Cook each tikkis on a non stick tava. Serve hot with desire chutney, onion laccha, lemon piece.
