Raagi Porridge

Raagi Porridge



Ingredients

1/2 cup dry fruits
1/2 cup hot milk
1 cup Ragi flour
pinch salt
 jaggery as needed
3 cup water

Method

Take a bowl mix raagi flour in some water to avoid lumps formation and keep it a side.
Take a pan add water get to boil then add the mixed raagi flour to it and keep mixing
and cook for 5 -8 min.
Once it done take a bowl ,add some hot milk , dry fruits , jaggery and raagi mixture
mix well and serve. Drink hot or warm.
