Bread Kulfi


 Bread   Kulfi






Ingredients

3-4 white bread slices
200 ml fresh cream
1 cup+ 2 teaspoons full fat milk,boiled and cooled
2 teaspoons cornflour
¾ tin (300g) sweetened condensed milk
3-4 tablespoons milk masala OR almond slivers and few strands of saffron
½ teaspoon cardamom powder

Method

Take the bread pieces and tear into small pieces. Blend along with fresh cream.
Take 2 teaspoons cornflour and mix with ¼ cup milk without any lumps.
Take the boiled milk and condensed milk in a heavy bottomed pan.
Heat in low flame for 4-5 minutes. Add cornflour paste,sugar and mix well.
Bring to a boil. Now add the bread paste and mix well.
Cook in low flame for 5 minutes,the mixture will start to thicken.
Now add the milk masala or almond,pista slivers,saffron,cardamom etc.
 Mix well and cook for 5 more minutes.
