Smoky Achari Paneer Grill With Mint Chutney






Ingredients -
Paneer - 200 gms cubes ...
Ginger paste - 2 tbsp.
Garlic paste - 2 tbsp.
Green chillies - 3 nos. (chopped)
Thick curd - 200 gms.
Achari masala - 3tbsp.
Mustard oil - 50 ml.
Methi seeds pd - ¼ tsp.
Kalonji seeds pd - ¼ tsp.
Saunf (fennel) seeds pd - 1 tsp.
Salt - to taste
Garam masala powder - ½ tsp.

For serving:
Green mint coriander Chutney
Chat masala - 1 tsp.
Lemon pieces.


Method :

Cut the Paneer in to pieces. Apply ginger, garlic paste & chop green chillies and keep it aside for 15-20 minutes.
2. Whisk the thick curd in a bowl, add achari masala, mustard oil, methi
seed powder , kalonji seed powder, saunf powder , garam masala powder and salt.
3.Mix the above marination with the prepared Paneer pieces in it.
4.Mix it well, keep it aside for 1 hour.
5.Arrange these tikka in the grill pan or griller cook it in a moderate hot tava for
15-20 minutes.
6. Take out the achari tikka pieces once cooked.
7.Serve hot, garnished with chat masala , lemon piece and mint coriander Chutney
