Pineapple And Pistachio Flavoured Shrikhand

Ingredients

Canned pineapple slices 6
Pistachios blanched and slivered 10-12 + for garnishing
Hung yogurt 2 cups
Few strands of saffron dissolved in a little warm milk
Powdered sugar 1 cup

Method

Place yogurt in a bowl. Finely chop pineapple slices and add to the yogurt.
Add saffron water, sugar and pistachios and mix well.
Transfer into serving bowls, garnish with pistachios and serve chilled.
