Scrambled Eggs

Scrambled  Eggs

Ingredients

Eggs 5
Butter 3 tablespoons
French bread 1
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder to taste
Fresh cream 2 tablespoons
Spring onion greens chopped for garnish

Method

Break eggs onto a deep non-stick pan. Add butter and place on heat and stir lightly. Cook, removing the pan from heat once in a while.
Cut French bread into slices and toast on a hot tawa till well browned on both sides.Add salt and black pepper powder to the eggs and mix well.
Add cream and stir to mix. Cook till eggs are done, ensuring that the eggs do not get overcooked.
Serve hot on toasted slices garnished with spring onion greens.
