Shravani Ghevda Vegetable


Ingredients

¼ Kg Shravani  Ghevda  Beans (cut in small pieces)
1 Small onion chopped
3 Green chilies (cut in small pieces)
Salt to taste
1 Tea spoon sugar
½ Cup coriander
¼ Cup coconut (shredded)
1 Tea spoon lemon juice

For Tadka

1 Table spoon Oil
1 Tea spoon Rai
1 Tea spoon Jeera
¼ Tea spoon Hing
¼ Tea spoon Turmeric
5-6 Kadipatta leaves

Method

Heat the oil in frying a pan. Then add rai, jeera, hing, turmeric, green chili and onion, fry the onion till color changes into pink. Then add beans & lemon, mix it nicely. When it is cooked add salt, coriander, sugar and coconut and mix it nicely.
