Lemony Chicken Tikka


Ingredients

Chicken - 1 kg(cubed)
Lemon juice - 3 lemons
Processed cheese - 100g
Cashew nut paste - 70g
Cream - 70g
Curd - 150g
White pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Ginger -garlic paste - 6 tsp
Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
Chicken masala powder - 1 tbsp
Allpurposeflour (Maida) - 1/2 tbsp
Butter - As reqd
Oil - As reqd
Salt - As reqd

Method

1)For preparing lemony chicken tikka, first marinate the chicken with ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, salt and oil for 4 hours.
2)Mix in processed cheese, cashew nut paste, cream, curd, white pepper powder, cardamom powder, chicken masala powder, maida and oil. Allow it to marinate in this mixture for another 2 hours.
3)Cook it in a tandoor, occasionally brushing it with clarified butter.
4)Lemony chicken tikka is ready. Serve hot.
