SPINACH TIKKIS WITH PEPPER AND CHEESE WITH CURD AND GARLIC DIP

INGREDIENTS

 1 bowl spinach blanched and puree.
 10 slice bread (crumbs)
 1 pinch black pepper
  Salt according to taste

  For stuffing:
 4 tbsp mozzarella cheese
 4 tbsp cottage cheese.
 1 tbsp chopped onion
 1 tbsp capsicum- red , yellow, green
 ½ tbsp green chilly
  Salt as per taste
  Pepper as per taste

 For dip
 1 cup hung curd
 2 cloves garlic..
 1 tsp cream
 Salt to tastesugar a pinch.

 METHOD

 In Spinach puree mix bread crumbs, Salt, Pepper and knead into dough.For stuffing take cheese in a bowl,  add cottage cheese, red and yellow Capsicum, Onion, Salt, Black Pepper, Chilly and Coriander and mix  well.Take the dough and stuff the Cheese mixture into this dough and make balls out of it.Take oil in a deep  bottom pan and deep fry the balls in it.To make the dip, take Curd in a Bowl, and add Garlic paste, Cream  and Salt and sugar mix well.Serve this dip with the Spinach Tikki with Pepper and Cheese.
