ROYAL MANGO FALOODA

ROYAL MANGO FALOODA

Ingredients

 1/2 cup Falooda sev.
 2 Tbsp Mango crush,
 1/2 Tbsp Sabja seeds,
  Few mango pieces,
  1 scoops Mango Ice cream
  1 stick Mango Kulfi
  1 packet jelly ( Banana, Strawberry,Pineapple)
  1 Tbsp Tutti frutti ,
  1 Tbsp Cashew,Badam,Pista nuts chopped
  2 Tbsp Rabri or Rabdi...homemade

 METHOD
 Keep two tall falooda glasses in the fridge to chill.
 Prepare the jelly-banana-green color,pineapple -lemon color, strawberry -red color.
 Cook the falooda sev with a little milk and sugar to taste.
 Keep to cool.Soak the sabja seeds in 1/2 cup water and leave undisturbed for 20 minutes.
 During this time the small black seeds willswell up and look like small gelatinous balls with a black dot in the  center.
 Prepare Rabri meantime with dryfruits. When you are ready to assemble your faloodas,
 take out the glasses from the refrigerator.
 Pour 1 Tbsp Mango crush each into the glasses.
 Top with a little Falooda sev.
 Add 1 tsp sabja seeds to the glass.
 Top this with 1 Tbsp mango pieces and some crushed nuts.
 Now layer 2 Tbsp jelly on top of it, all three colors,green,red,lemon yellow.( banana,pineapple,strawberry )

Add one scoop mango kulfi on top of the jelly.

Drizzle 1 tsp mango crush on the ice cream.

Put tutti frutti pieces.

Add another teaspoon of sabja seeds to the glass.

Top with mango pieces, more jelly and another scoop of mango ice cream.

Sprinkle the nuts on top along with the left over mango pieces.

Be careful as you fill the glass.

Serve immediately once assembled , because as the ice cream melts and the layers settledown, the glass might to start to flow over.

Serve cold, wait and watch it disappear in no time.
