Spinach Tikki with Corn and Cheese.






Ingredients
    1 bowl spinach boiled
    10 slice bread (crumbs)
    1 pinch black pepper
    Salt according to taste
    1drop green colour

For stuffing

    4 tbsp mozzarella cheese
    4 tbsp cottage cheese
    2 tbsp sweet corn
    1 tbsp chopped onion
    1 tbsp  red capsicum chopped
    ½ tbsp green chilly
    Salt as per taste    
    Pepper as per taste   

For dip
    1 cup hung curd
    2 cloves garlic
    1 tsp cream
    Salt to taste  

METHOD

    To make the Spinach puree mix bread crumbs, Salt, Pepper and green color and knead into dough.
    For stuffing take cheese in a bowl, add cottage cheese, sweet corn, red capsicum chopped, Onion,
    Salt, Black Pepper, Chilly and Coriander and mix well.
    Take the dough and stuff the Cheese mixture into this dough and make balls out of it.
    Take oil in a deep bottom pan and deep fry the balls in it.
    To make the dip, take Curd in a Bowl, and add Garlic paste, Cream and Salt and mix well.
    Serve this dip with the Spinach Tikki with Corn and Cheese.
