Scotch Eggs

Scotch Eggs.




Ingredients
2 hard boiled eggs,
3 potato boiled  n smashed,
4 bread slice soak in water and squeeze,
handful of coriander leaves chop,
1/2 spoon chilli pd,
1/4 spoon of haldi pd,
a pinch of garam masala / chicken masala,
salt as per taste
2 1/2 spoon of cornflour,
2 slice  bread 's bread crumbs.
lemon juice just 2/3 drops.
1/2 spoon of   SCOTCH/ BRANDY/RUM.( not necessary)
few onion rings with corinder to garnish.

METHOD:-
BOILED EGGS WITH SALT KEEP ASIDE.
Take potato boiled n smashed when hot add cornflour,chilli pd, haldi pd, salt, garam masala,soaked bread slice ( remove  the sides of bread), coriander chop, lemon juice,1/2 spoon of any thing like scotch /brandy/ rum. ( not necessary) Heat oil in wok or kadai on slow fire .Now the dough is ready means the covering of eggs. Take the peeled eggs full and coat it well  the above mixture/ dough now in bowl take 2 spoon cornflour with 1 / 1 1/2 spoon of water and rolled the egg dough roll it in  cornflour mixture or liquid
the roll  in bread crumbs.Put slowly this egg in oil  n   fy till golden color.
 Ur SCOTCH  EGG IS READY!!!

SERVE FULL OR CUT IN LENGTH WISE WITH ONIONS RINGS  AS GARNISH..
