Prawns Lolipop

Prawns Lolipop









Ingredients
 
 10 king size prawns, peeled,  deveined
 2 spoon  of garlic ginger green chillies paste
 a pinch of food colour-red-orange colour,
 1 spoon of tamarind pulp
  1/4 cup plain flour ( maida)
  1/4 cup besan flour
  1 egg white , lightly beaten with  a pinch of salt
 few coriander chopped
 salt to taste, pinch of red chilly powder,haldi a pinch
 10  bamboo skewers, soaked for 30 minutes

DIPPING SAUCE

½ cup sweet chilli sauce
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons finely chopped coriander

Method

Take a bowl put king size  prawns,red chilly powder,haldi powder,salt,tamarind pulp,garlic ginger green chillies paste, red-orange food colour ,marinate it  for 1/2 or 1 hr. Take plain flour in a dish , dip one by one in it dust and then roll it in beaten egg +salt mixture and then coat
it in besan mixture and thread each prawn lengthways onto skewers.
Place the prawns in dish and keep it in fridge(below) for 15 minutes. Take a non stick pan and grill it with little oil.Cover it with lid and if necessary add oil.  Serve hot with above dipping sauce.
Ur prawns lolipop is ready to serve hot
