Fish Thalipeeth



Fish Thalipeeth

Ingredients
2 cups thalipeeth flour,

8 /10 garlic pod,( crushed)

1 onion chop,

1/2 cup coriander,

4 green chillies chop,

A pinch of haldi pd,

1 tsp red mirchi pd( if)

Salt as per taste,

1 cup boiled rice( left over plain rice or prawns pulav will do),

1 cup steam fish ( boneless )

Oil as per required.

Plastic or foil sheet to make thalipeeths.



Method:-

Take thalipeeth bhajani, put 8-crushed garlic, haldi  pd, mirchi  pd , salt and chop onion ,coriander, if u want add green chillies crushed, 1 cup rice( left over rice/ prawns rice will also do ) ,and boneless fish any will do. Here i used bombil. then make dough if required  add water and apply oil on foil /plastic sheet and make thalipeeth and put on nonstick tawa with oil around it.

Serve hot with green chutney or butter.
