No Bake Red Velvet Cheesecake
Ingredients
16 oreo biscuits , crushed into crumbs
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
4 tbsp sugar
1 packages cream cheese, softened ( Philadephia or Britiannia )
1/2 cup sugar powder
1 semi-sweet Cadbury chocolate, melted
1 teaspoons pure vanilla extract, divided
1 1/2 Tablespoons red food color
1 packet whipped cream ( blue bird ) , Follow packet instructions
Method
In a small bowl, mix together oreo biscuits crumbs, sugar and melted butter. Spoon biscuits mixture evenly into 8" spring form cake mould and press to form a crust. Set aside in fridge till required.
In the bowl of a stand mixer or electric beater , beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar until light and blended. Add melted chocolate, pure vanilla extract and red food color and beat until evenly blended. Fold in whipped cream.
Spoon cheesecake mixture into 8" spring cake mould . Refrigerate cheesecakes until ready to serve.For atleast overnight. Top with vanilla whipped topping and chocolate shavings.
