Chicken Kachori

Chicken  Kachori








Ingredients

 250 gms boneless chicken cubes
Salt 1/4 spoon...
Water 1cup
Garlic 2 pods whole for flavour

Oil 1 spoon
Onion 1 chopped fine
Soya sauce 1/2 spoon
Salt if needed
Green chillies 1- fine chopped
White pepper pd - 1/2 spoon
Black pepper pd- 1/2 spoon
For dough
Maida 2 cups
Salt 1/4 spoon
Oil to grease the dough
Water as needed
Ghee 3 spoons
Maida 2 spoons


Method

Take cooker ,put chicken, salt, garlic whole pod, water n boil till cooked.
When warm make juliennes and keep aside.
In a pan heat oil ,chopped onion , julienned chicken, white pepper powder. Black pepper powder, Soya Sauce, salt if needed as Soya Sauce is salty .keep cool and keep aside .
Take maida, salt , water and make tight dough apply oil and keep aside for 15 min.
Take dough roll like chapati n apply ghee and maida slurry and fold half apply ghee maida slurry and make it square shape n keep all balls ready , meanwhile heat oil in kadai.
Take one square n spread it with hand n filled the chicken portion and close the dough n give kachori shape .
Now kachori are ready to fry on medium heat till golden brown .
Serve with tomato sauce or Pudina Chutney
