Black Split Urad Dal Ladoo

Black  Split  Urad  Dal  Ladoo







Ingredients

•Urad Dal  - 400 gms. (2 cup)
•Boora (Tagar) or Powdered Sugar - 300-350 gms. (11/2 cup)
•Desi Ghee - 150 gms. (3/4 cup)
•Cashews - 2 table spoon.
•Raisins - 2 table spoon.
•Pistachios - 1 table spoon.
•Small Cardamom - 7-8

Method

Grind the roasted dal in a mixer. Sieve the grinded dal so that all the
 thick particles are left behind and you get a finely grounded Urad Dal Flour.
Take out Urad Dal Flours in a plate and add Ghee, Boora or powdered sugar
Cashews, Raisins, Pistachios, and Cardamom to it. Mix all
ingredients well. The mixture to make Ladoos is ready.
Take a small portion of mixture in your hands and press it with both hands
to give it a desired shape (small round balls is the most preferable shape).
Do the same with the whole mixture and your Urad Dal Ladoos are ready.
