Oats  And  Flaxseeds  Ladoo




Ingredients

Seedless Muscat Dates Finely Chopped - 200gms (brown/ black )
Apple Juice -1 cup
Cinnamon - 1 inch stick or cinnamon powder
Walnuts ( toasted & chopped ) - 1/4 cup
Almonds (toasted & chopped ) - 5 nos.
Cashews (toasted & chopped ) -5 nos.
Oats (toasted & powdered ) - 1/2 cup
Flax Seeds ( toasted & powdered ) - 3 tbsp

Method

Heat apple juice in a non stick pan, add dates and cook.
Add cinnamon stick. Mix and cook till dates soft and the mixture is a little dry.
Remove the cinnamon stick and transfer the mixture into a glass bowl.

Add toasted chopped walnuts, almonds, cashews, oats toasted and powdered,
flax seeds toasted and powdered and mix well till its well combined.
Let the mixture cool in the regrigerator.
Shape into laddoos, and serve.
