Dark Chocolate Mousse



Dark Chocolate Mousse




Ingredients

Dark chocolate 200 grams
Powdered sugar 1 tablespoon
Gelatin 1 1/2 teaspoons
Whipped cream 2 cups

Method


Place chocolate in bowl and melt in the microwave oven for a minute.
Give a stir in bowl and heat again in the microwave oven for about a minute.
Remove the bowl from the microwave and add powdered sugar and whisk well. Add gelatine and mix.
Add whipped cream and mix well. Transfer into small serving bowls and chill in the refrigerator for an hour. Serve cold.
Garnish with your favorite chocolate garnish
