Gulkand Kulfi
Ingredients
1 litre milk,
few small rose petals from syrup,
2 spoon rose syrup,
2 spoon cornflour mix with chilled milk,
1/2 can condensed milk or more as per ur taste
elachi pd- 2 spoon,
4 spoon of ayurvedic dry fruits gulkand
Method
Boil milk and reduced . Add condensed milk , elachi pd,,cornflour with chilled milk mixture.
Cool the milk then fridge it for 1 hr put fresh small rose petals from rose syrup , rose
syrup and gulkand and stir it. Set it in kulfi moulds for atleast 3 hrs or till its sets.
Serve with gulkand .
