Methi Paneer Bhurji
Ingredients
Methi chopped 1 Cup
Paneer shredded 1 Cup
Tomato puree 1/2 Cup
Heavy whipping cream 1/2 Cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 Teaspoons
Onions chopped 1/2 Cup
Red chili powder 1/2 Teaspoons
Cumin seeds 1/2 Teaspoons
Coriander powder 1 Teaspoons
Kitchen king masala 1/2 Teaspoons
Turmeric powder 1/2 Teaspoons
Salt to taste 1/2 spoon
Few kaju and raisins to garnish
Whole red chilly
Method
In a pan add 2 tbsp of oil and cumin seeds, brown onions and add ginger garlic paste. Add all the spices and fry for 1 min. Then add chopped methi, stir fry, add tomato puree and again stir fry. Add shredded paneer and heavy whipping cream. Cover and let it cook for 10 min.
Garnish with red chillies , kaju and raisins.
