Sitaphal Rabdi




 Ingredients
   Cardamom powder: - ¼ tsp

    Almonds (chopped):- 4

    Unsalted green pistachios (chopped):- 4

     Milk: - 2000 ml

    Saffron strands: - ¼ tsp                                                              

    Sugar: - ¾ cup

    Sitaphal (custard apple) pulp: - 1



 Method



 In a heavy pot, boil milk and simmer for 20 minutes at low heat. Stir continuously.

 Add sugar and stir well to dissolve completely.

 Switch off the heat and add cardamom, saffron, pista and almonds.

 Allow this mixture to cool down and then add this mixture in sitaphal pulp.

 Keep this mixture in a refrigerator for four hours.

 Take out the mixture and pour in serving bowls.

Garnish with few dry fruits and serve chilled.
