Rice Kheer ( Darbari
Kheer )
Ingredients
Milk 5 cup
Rice 3 tbsp ( soaked, fried , grinded)
Green cardamom 2 (crushed)
Sugar ½ cup
Condensed milk ½ cup
Saffron ¼ tsp
Kewra water 1 tsp
Almonds and pistachio 2 tbsp
Ghee 2 spoon
Method
Boil milk. In another pan add ghee fried soaked rice and cardamom then grind it
add in milk and cook till
rice tender.
Add sugar and condensed milk cook till kheer
gets thick.
Lastly add saffron, kewra, almonds and
pistachio.
Remove in a dish and serve hot or cold.
Garnish with dry fruits
