Pepper Chicken


Pepper  Chicken



 
Ingredients

olive oil-2 spoon,
ginger chop 1 spoon,
garlic chop 1 spoon,
green chilli chop 1 spoon,
green onion 4 chop,
green onion leaves 1 chop for garnish,
green, red, yellow - capsicum lenght wise cut,
few carrot sticks or chop,
soya sauce 1 spoon,
green chilli sauce 1 spoon
sweet chilli sauce 1 spoon,
worcestershire  sauce 1 spoon,
cornflour 2 spoon,
ajinomoto a pinch,
salt as per taste,
sugar a pinch,
white pepper pd 1-1/2 spoon,
few boneless  of chicken breasts,
water 1 cup.
lemon juice half.





Method:

Marinate chicken with salt ,lemon juice, pepper pd and 1-1/2 spoon of garlic-chilli-ginger paste ,
Marinate chicken for 1 hr atleast,
Take a bowl put cornflour, soya sauce, green chilli sauce, sweet  chilli sauce, worcestershire    
sauce, ajinomoto,salt,sugar, white pepper pd, add water  to make a smooth batter.
Take a wok put olive oil or cooking oil,
put garlic - ginger chop fry for 2 second, add green onion chop stir it
add  carrot chop or length wise cut, add colored capsicum ( green.red, yellow - chop),
stir for a minute  then add chicken  nicely stir with vegetables cover with lid
n cook the chicken , when chicken is cook then add above  batter of cornflour . Mix well n granish with green onion leaves and serve hot with rice,pasta or noodles.
