Fruit Kebabs With Mango Yogurt Sauce
Ingredients
1 cup
strawberries lenght wise cut,
1 cup
kiwi cubed,
1 cup
chickoo cubed,
1 cup
musk melon scooped,
1/2 cup
orange segment (opt)
1/2 cup
sweet lime segment( opt)
1 cup
apple cubed.( opt)
1 cup
pineapple tinned ( opt).
Mango
yogurt sauce:-
120ml
mango puree,
120 ml
natural yogurt/ creamy dahi,
1tbsp
sugar,
few drops
of vanilla essence,
mint
leaves for garnish,(opt).
Method:
To make
the sauce beat together the mango
puree,natural yogurt ,
sugar and
vanilla with an electric beater.
Thread
the fruit on to wooden skewers , alternating with fruits.
Transfer above yogurt sauce into a glass bowl
and
surround
with the kebabs and serve.
