Corn Halwa


Corn Halwa
 

 

Ingredients:
150 g - fresh corn nibblets
4 tsp - ghee
1/2 cup - milk
1 cup - sugar
1/4 tsp - cardamon powder
8 to 10 - saffron
2 tsp - chopped almonds and boiled corn
10 to 12 - chopped fried cashew nuts.

Method

1. Without adding water, grind fresh corn in mixer.
2. In a pan heat ghee, fry corn till golden brown and ghee leaves its
sides.
3. Now add milk and sugar and mix it continuously on low flame.
4. After the halwa leaves its sides, add saffron, cardamom powder
and dry fruits.
5. Serve hot
