Bruschetta With Roasted Sweet Bell Peppers
















Ingredients:
Bread(slices) 6-8 Numbers
 Garlic(chopped) 1 Tablespoons
 Mixed herbs 1/2 Teaspoons
Pepper powder 1 Teaspoons
 Olive oil 2 Tablespoons
 Salt
 To fry Tomato(finely chopped) 1/2 Cup
 Olives 1/4 Cup
Coriander leaves 1 Teaspoons
Lime juice 1 Tablespoons
 Mushrooms(finely chopped) 1/4 Cup
Green bell pepper(chopped) 1/4 Cup
Mozzarella cheese 1 Teaspoons












 Method


1. Take a baking tray and add few round and oval shape bread slices. 2. Take a bowl and add garlic, mixed herbs, ½ tsp pepper powder, olive oil, salt and mix it. 3. Coat this mixture on bread slices and bake it for 2 mins at 200 degree. 4. Take a bowl and add tomato, olives, coriander leaves, lime juice, little salt, ½ tsp pepper powder, mozzarella cheese and mix to make first stuffing mixture. 5. In another bowl add mushrooms, green bell pepper, dry mixed herbs, little salt and mix to make second stuffing mixture. 6. Remove from oven and stuff few bread toast with first stuffing mixture and another with second stuffing mixture, later bake it for 1 min. 7. Now bruschetta is ready to serve with tabasco sauce
